• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Managerial role in Corporate Services
• Minimum of 10 years in the Funds industry
• Experience with Hedge Fund and Private Equity clients
• Experience supporting regulated and unregulated entities across jurisdictions
• Flexibility to attend and minute meetings outside of normal working hours
• In depth knowledge of the fund industry and fund structures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong risk awareness and ability to influence clients
• Ability to work under pressure and outside of normal working hours
• Experience in Viewpoint
