Job Summary

  • The Project Manager shall have the authority to commit the Contractor’s financial resources, and act as the single point of contact with the USG.
  • Responsible for managing, monitoring and tracking services, allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs, and coordinating the flow of information.

Key Requirements

  • Fifteen (15) years support services/facilities management experience
  • Minimum five (5) years managing large facilities/operations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, Facilities, Contracts or related field
  • Certified Professional Maintenance Manager (CPMM)
  • Valid driver’s license from home of record
  • U.S. Government (USG) issued Secret security clearance
  • Satisfactory English proficiency
  • U.S. citizenship
