Job Summary
Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to all levels of Kong’s EMEA sales team and support AMER and APAC sales teams as needed.
Draft, structure and negotiate customer contracts with some of the world’s biggest brands and advise on a broad range of legal issues.
Partner with Finance, Sales Ops and Deal Ops to support the end-to-end contract negotiation and close process and assist in building out AI tools and processes.

Key Requirements
Law degree and membership in good standing in England and Wales or France
4-6 years of legal experience (law firm and in-house)
Experience with UK or US headquartered companies
Strong English technical drafting skills
Working knowledge of EMEA regulation and privacy matters
