Job Summary
This role develops and delivers training programs that support secondary market mortgage due diligence operations, including credit, compliance, TRID, valuation, data integrity, and securitization-related review workflows.
Classes will be delivered for two cohorts: trainees with some mortgage experience and trainees with zero mortgage experience.
Evaluate training effectiveness using quality trends, audit results, and performance data, and adjust training plans accordingly.
