Job Summary

• Animal care includes but not limited to: checking pets in and out including weights, temperatures, checking for fleas, cleanup baths and brushing, feeding and watering pets, walking canines, administering medications to pets, bathing patients, and charting patient records.
• Responsibilities also involve cleaning kennels and all parts of the building, as well as assisting doctors, technicians, and veterinary assistants with tasks such as holding pets safely, collecting samples, assisting with procedures, taking radiographs, and lab work.
