Job Summary
This role is critical to drive the execution of Novartis’ ambition to turn process, data and digital into a strategic asset to become a leading medicines company powered by advanced therapy platforms and data science.
The LDC EPM defines the strategy for the specific Enterprise process together with the different Global Process Owners, Global Process Managers of different functions and Enterprise Process Lead/Owner.
She/he will establish a continuous improvements mindset across the entire Enterprise Process to identify areas of process opportunities and improvements to achieve process excellence against defined benchmarks and also build and develop talent.
