Job Summary

  • The Vice President, Head of Operations is a senior leader within the Strategy & Innovation team, responsible for enabling execution of strategic priorities, managing team-wide goal-setting and OKRs, and leading special projects.
  • This role helps position Arch to capitalize on AI and emerging technologies, supports initiatives in Data, Analytics, and Digital, and contributes to market sensing by identifying external opportunities, partnerships, and technologies aligned with growth objectives.
