Job Summary

  • Adheres to GB Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements, creating and expediting customer orders ensuring proper assignment of cost, conformance to purchase order specifications and timely delivery.
  • Researches and addresses customer inquiries/problems, coordinates with Corporate Finance to resolve GB and customer invoicing issues, and assists with customer requests for quoting and product pricing.
  • Interfaces with internal and external customers to coordinate return goods activity, monitors the progress from initial contact through final resolution, and provides reports to support Customers, Sales and Marketing, and Operations.
