Key responsibilities include assisting with the administration of insurance records, coordinating new hire meetings, and supporting the implementation of Caterpillar's 'Values in Action' policy.

Must-have
Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge
Willingness to work onsite five days a week
