Must-have
Grade 12 education minimum
Dairy Science or Food Science degree
Bacterial and chemical analysis skills
HACCP task execution
Laboratory equipment calibration
Nice-to-have
Previous laboratory experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong organizational and analytical skills
High level of self-motivation
Key Requirements
