The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program that meets the interests and needs of each resident.
The role involves planning and conducting individual, small and large group activities, as well as assisting with transportation and discharge planning for residents.
This position requires frequent physical activity including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and maintaining communication with residents, families, and staff.
