Lead HR operations for Submer’s Design, Build & Operate business unit, supporting a fast-scaling, project-driven organization across multiple geographies.
Ensure consistent, efficient delivery of all employee lifecycle processes, payroll, compliance, and workforce data with accuracy, consistency, and speed.
Partner with D&B leadership to support workforce execution and project delivery needs, working closely with Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition.
