  • MCP or MCTS certification required
  • A+ certification required
  • Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 support
  • Windows 7/8/10 desktop support
  • Experience with ticketing software

  • Network+ certification is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Database software familiarity
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs equipment
  • Experience in 24/7 environment
