Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent in a highly competitive market.
  • You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Senior Leadership to ensure the company's compensation strategy aligns with business goals, promotes fairness and equity, and complies with global compensation regulations.
  • This role supports project execution, including data gathering, mapping job families, audits, documentation, and documenting new SOPs and maintaining process maps.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Psychology or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis and strategy
  • Experience with compensation data management system Workday required
  • Experience working with global compensation structures, job evaluations and benchmarking
  • Experience working with compensation survey tools
  • Experience working with rewards and recognition platforms
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of international compensation practices and laws
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of compensation best practices, pay equity analysis, and legal compliance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification is a plus
