Integer is seeking a Senior Manager for Lean Enterprise to drive Manufacturing Excellence across its facilities by implementing sustainable systems for operational performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in continuous improvement, coaching, and strategic planning, with a strong focus on collaboration and innovation

Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to drive Manufacturing Excellence across all the Integer Manufacturing Facilities by designing and implementing sustainable systems that enable full engagement resulting in world-class operational performance in safety, quality, delivery, lead-time, and cost.
  • Responsibilities include deploying the Integer Production System, leading the creation of site visions and strategic plans, facilitating workshops, coaching site leaders (especially Continuous Improvement Managers), promoting a lean culture in all sites, and managing/developing direct reports.
