Responsibilities also involve notifying supervisors of maintenance needs, stripping and waxing floors, and using a pressure washer for exterior cleaning.
The position requires flexibility to extend arms/hands, squat, bend over, lift approximately 25lbs, and climb stairs repeatedly.
