  • The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily HR operations of the hotel, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, compliance, training, payroll support, and associate engagement.
  • This role partners closely with department leaders to ensure the property attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining compliance with company policies, employment laws, and brand standards.

Key Requirements

  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
  • PHR or SHRM-CP preferred but not required
