Job Summary

• As the User Experience Researcher, you will be responsible for providing advanced strategic guidance on user research methodologies and prioritizing studies and extracting user insights to align with project objectives.
• Your role: Extract user and consumer insights, ensure a seamless flow from User Needs to User Requirements to Product Requirements, and develop a systematic approach for all user research challenges to facilitate verification and validation of relevant consumer insights.

$129,000 to $205,000; Annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered; Generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement

• 2+ years experience with Bachelor's degree
• Master's degree with no prior experience
• App development, medical device development, and/or clinical research skills
• GCP and GDP a strong plus
• Reside in or within commuting distance to Bothell, WA
