Job Summary

  • The KBS Business Controlling process manager will be responsible for standardizing and optimizing Business controlling processes worldwide and to achieve excellence in Business partnering and to ensure the Finance teams support business with Business controls and Analytics.
  • This role contributes to driving profitability through efficiency and productivity. Your mission is to eliminate local exceptions, drive operational excellence through automation and standardization of processes.
  • Build strong partnership with Regional Business controlling leaders to align process improvements with the broader business goals and share best practices.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in finance
  • At least 3 years in business controlling or FP&A roles
  • Proficiency in SAP, Excel, process mapping tools and BI tools
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
  • Chartered Accountant preferred
