Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Deep hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks
Fluency in Python and Java programming languages
Experience with Spring, LangChain, and MLFlow frameworks
Proficiency in Oracle, Postgres, or MongoDB databases
Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
Nice-to-have
Experience with Javascript, Typescript, and Golang
Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms
UI development skills using React JS or StreamLit
Proven track record in Agile delivery methodologies
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures
Key Requirements
Minimum of 10+ years professional experience in financial services
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering required
