Must-have
4+ years technical account management experience

Enterprise software deployment and configuration
Power BI and SQL reporting capabilities
Tier 2 technical troubleshooting skills

Law enforcement or government agency background
RMS, CAD, and CJIS standards familiarity
Microsoft, Cisco, or ITIL certifications
Strong relationship building with diverse stakeholders

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or equivalent
