Base: $148,000 - $222,000 USD (Atlanta); Additional locations up to $252,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package described via link

  • Deep understanding of grants management and post-award administration
  • Experience with higher education, healthcare, or government sectors
  • Expertise in grant funding mechanisms and US Uniform Guidance regulations
  • Proficiency in data modeling, KPI definition, and Agile/Scrum methodologies

Nice-to-have

  • Experience applying AI and automation to reduce manual friction
  • Knowledge of UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand grant standards
  • Background as Workday Grants Management Subject Matter Expert
  • Understanding of revenue recognition and effort certification
