Job Summary

  • The Senior Manager will support the Global Development (GD) organization and Business Growth, Innovation and Advocacy (BGIA) leadership to enable GD financial decision-making at the GD Leadership Team level.
  • This role will collaborate closely with GD’s Finance, Resourcing Management partners and Business Operations Leadership Team (BOLT) to track and report financial and productivity insights.
  • Responsibilities include developing processes and analytical tools for resource analytics, productivity initiatives, budget building, and creating metrics and dashboards for GD Leadership Team decision making.
