  • You will handle check-in procedures including profile management, pre-authorization, Accor program benefits explanation, upsell offers, and check-out procedures including billing review and folio delivery.
  • The role involves managing daily cash, offering services and information to clients, reviewing credit limits, understanding the next day's reservations, and resolving incidents, complaints, and claims.
