Responsible for serving as the health system lead in quality based regulatory reporting and recommending strategies to improve performance for overall outcomes and patient safety.
The position requires specialized and unique expertise with respect to knowledge of reporting programs for organizations such as CMS, Joint Commission, Leapfrog, Vizient, US News & World Report.

Key Requirements
Master’s degree in MHA, MBOE, MBA or related field
8+ years of experience in a clinical setting
12 years preferred experience
Demonstrated expertise in health care quality, safety and/or performance improvement
Knowledge of quality metrics and reporting programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to balance and coordinate numerous priorities
Competencies to lead and educate staff and leadership
Ability to work well in changing priorities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
