Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree in MHA, MBOE, MBA or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in a clinical setting
  • 12 years preferred experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in health care quality, safety and/or performance improvement
  • Knowledge of quality metrics and reporting programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to balance and coordinate numerous priorities
  • Competencies to lead and educate staff and leadership
  • Ability to work well in changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
