Job Summary
Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information and report any known or suspected unauthorized attempts to access facility’s information system.
Assist residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, and perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed.
