Job Summary
Our large, business immigration practice is seeking an experienced business immigration paralegal to join its team in our Charlotte, NC office.
Candidates must possess at minimum three years of employment-based immigration experience with preparing all types of nonimmigrant visa applications and EB-1 through EB-3 immigrant visa applications.
Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience and includes an attractive benefits package.
