Must-have
15+ years diverse construction experience
8+ years construction management leadership
Industrial project management $50K-$50M
Design-build and EPC project expertise
OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project
Nice-to-have
Food, beverage, life science sector experience
Contractor Qualifier License(s)
Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management
Familiarity with process systems and P&IDs
Strong mentorship and team development skills
Willingness to obtain licensure in numerous states
Key Requirements
