Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Embodied carbon modelling
Thermal building performance modelling
Sustainability and NZC building expertise
Proficient in IES VE software
Strong Excel data analysis skills
AutoCAD and Revit drawing comprehension
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of BREEAM and WELL standards
Experience with OneClickLCA software
Passivhaus Standard familiarity
Ability to sketch and communicate visually
Aspiring Chartered status
Knowledge of European building regulations
Key Requirements
Mechanical, Sustainability, Electrical or related Engineering Degree
4 to 5 years of relevant experience
Competent in IES VE and CIBSE TM 54 thermal modelling
Familiarity with Part L/SAP modelling and regulations
Experience in embodied carbon benchmarking and decarbonization pathways
