Base: $77,500 - $129,100 USD yearly; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus plan; Benefits: Medical, vision, dental, 401(k), life insurance, tuition reimbursement, 18 days PTO

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Active unrestricted RN license or Health Educator experience
  • 3+ years in health and wellness field
  • 1+ year health coaching or education experience
  • Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED certification
  • Dynamic presentation skills and high energy level

Nice-to-have

  • Chronic disease management experience
  • Motivational interviewing training
  • Smoking cessation and diabetes experience
  • Proven administrative abilities
  • Strong computer and software application skills

Key Requirements

  • Active RN license in respective state
  • Health Educator experience alternative to RN license
  • Minimum 3 years clinical experience
  • Minimum 1 year health coaching experience
  • Valid ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED certification
