Oak Valley Health is seeking a part-time temporary Pharmacy Student to support the medication reconciliation process at Markham Stouffville Hospital until September 2026. The ideal candidate is currently a 3rd or 4th year pharmacy student with strong communication and organizational skills, committed to patient-centered care and teamwork
Job Summary
Your primary role will include supporting the medication reconciliation process in various patient care areas of the hospital.
You will be trained by pharmacy team members, including pharmacy technicians and clinical pharmacists.
