Key Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related area
  • Minimum 7 years of related work experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state HR laws (EEOC, FLSA, FMLA, ADA)
  • Prior labor and union relations experience
  • PHR/SPHR designation preferred
