Job Summary
Oversees all facility operations with leadership responsibility for the Operations Manager and broader operations team, directing multiple departments including Parking, Merchandise, Guest Experience, Scheduling/Payroll, and Onboarding.
Owns operational budgeting, including repairs & maintenance and venue supply expenses, and partners with the Assistant General Manager on annual budget planning and financial performance.
Establishes and maintains key municipal and external relationships (police, fire, city, etc.) and ensures full compliance with regulatory requirements, reporting, and company policies.
