** WBOY-TV is seeking a Chief Engineer to manage engineering and production operations at their Clarksburg, WV location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in broadcast technology and IT systems, with a focus on compliance and budget management. **

Job Summary

  • The Chief Engineer manages the operations of the Engineering and Production departments and is responsible for the maintenance of all broadcast technology, IT equipment, and vehicles at the station’s locations including compliance with rules and regulations applicable to FCC, local, state, and federal laws.
  • Oversees the distribution of statewide and regional West Virginia University sports content to other Nexstar stations along with AT&T SportsNet in Pittsburgh.
