Job Summary
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for Integrated Clinical Enterprise (ICE) provides clinical leadership, direction, and decision making for the hospital as it relates to timely and appropriate clinical care.
This position works collaboratively with Administration, clinical staff and various departments and services to facilitate clinical care activities, including patient flow and nurse staffing.
