Job Summary

  • Responsible to provide a good working environment to the client including helpdesk, mail room service, financial tasks & vendor management at the office onsite located in Tokyo.
  • Build relationships with the client, manage security cards, mail and courier services, and ensure meeting rooms are clean and tidy.
  • Coordinate and support planned and preventive maintenance, manage vendor relationships, and conduct tasks assigned by the Manager.
