Develop and deploy advanced computational and machine‑learning methods to support research and analytical initiatives across the organization.
Design, implement, and lead new research programs and collaborations, leveraging existing multi‑omic, clinical, and epidemiological datasets in partnership with the main campus in New York and local collaborators in Qatar.
Integrate and analyze multimodal datasets including genomics, metabolomics, imaging, and electronic medical records using state‑of‑the‑art machine learning approaches, particularly modern deep learning techniques.
