Key Requirements
Engineering Degree to Masters Level or equivalent industrial experience
Technical Aerospace Experience
Leadership experience in cross functional/horizontal matrix or Operations environment
Leadership experience leading medium sized teams
Experience in Structured Problem Solving & Daily Management
Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver programs/projects
Strong systems or mechanical design experience
Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance
