Job Summary

  • Candidates must ensure safe, compliant, and resilient cybersecurity delivery aligned with Saudi Arabian regulations like NCA and HCIS.
  • This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a flagship complex capital project with a rotation schedule of 8 weeks on and 2 weeks off.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • OT/ICS cybersecurity experience in power infrastructure
  • Knowledge of NCA, HCIS, SAIS regulations
  • Experience with SCADA, DCS, PLCs, and IEC 61850
  • Leading cybersecurity teams on large capital projects
  • Managing cyber risk assessments for OEM packages

Nice-to-have

  • Mentoring cybersecurity engineers and contractors
  • Experience with ISA/IEC 62443 or SANS certifications
  • Strong communication skills with grid interfaces

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation, Control Systems)
  • 15 to 20 years overall experience with 7+ years in OT/ICS
  • Proven implementation of local regulations NCA, HCIS, SAIS
  • ISA/IEC 62443, SANS, or equivalent OT/ICS cybersecurity certifications
