The Service Desk Tech supports all the technology used in modern business including remote, enterprise, and vessel systems, as well as cyber security posture, enterprise applications, and new technology projects.
Major responsibilities include providing world-class customer service, remote and hands-on technical support onboard vessels and in shore offices, and maintaining various onboard equipment like navigational systems, cameras, and printers.
The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent experience, availability for local travel up to 50%, and a clean driving record with a valid Driver's license and ability to obtain a TWIC card.
