Key Requirements

  • Higher education in social work, human rights, psychology, public health, humanities, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in community engagement, mobilization, and work with women and girls affected by armed conflict
  • Strong understanding and commitment to the well-being of women and girls
  • Ability to respond to emergencies when needed
  • Experience in facilitating group activities, training sessions, workshops, and mentoring others
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect toward clients/beneficiaries
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment, manage pressure effectively, adapt to change, and demonstrate flexibility
  • Ukrainian required; English desirable
