Job Summary

The Summer Quality Lab Technician supports the Quality team in monitoring product quality and ensuring all dairy products meet food safety and regulatory standards.
This position provides valuable exposure to quality control in food manufacturing and laboratory testing processes while working alongside experienced professionals.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Perform basic laboratory testing
Monitor product quality
Follow food safety procedures
Record and document test results
Work in lab and production environments
Lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
Nice-to-have
Previous lab or manufacturing experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Basic computer and data entry skills
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year experience in quality assurance or food manufacturing
Knowledge of quality assurance procedures and documentation
