This role serves as a strategic partner providing expert medical leadership to guide the development, launch planning, and support for Lupus to improve meaningful patient outcomes.
The successful candidate will build and maintain external relationships among medical experts globally while being accountable for the development and implementation of the Global Medical Strategy.

Salary
Base: $278,000.00-$382,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Short term and long-term incentives including cash bonus and equity; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k) match, Tuition reimbursement up to $10,000
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8-10+ years Medical Affairs experience
Deep Rheumatology disease area knowledge
Experience working on alliance partnerships
Advanced degree MD preferred PhD or PharmD
Ability to travel 25% of time
Nice-to-have
Experience with medical launch activities
Track record of delivering results exceeding objectives
Agile self-starter comfortable in ambiguity
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Key Requirements
MD preferred, PhD or PharmD required
8-10+ years experience in Medical Affairs
Relevant experience in Rheumatology required
Experience working on alliance partnership
Strong working knowledge of US and ex-US regulations
