Job Summary

• The mission of the NC Department of Transportation is to connect people, products and places safely and efficiently with customer focus, accountability, and environmental sensitivity to enhance the economy and vitality of North Carolina.
• Employee will be responsible for locating NCDOT underground traffic signal utilities throughout Division 4 counties, but primarily in Johnston County.
• The successful applicant will be exposed to all weather conditions and high volumes of moving traffic, and will be required to maintain proper records of all signal work accomplished and keep an accurate record of time worked and all materials used via computer.
