Key Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 1-3 years related experience preferred
  • MA driver's license
  • Pass annual criminal background check

  • Obtain De-Escalation and HDTS training
  • Obtain First Aid/CPR/AED within 60 days
  • Obtain HazMat Levels 1, 2 & 3 within one year
  • Obtain IAHSS Basic Officer Certification
