Job Summary
Provide expert support and advice to HR and business stakeholders on ER matters and independently handle cases, including conducting and moderating employee discussions.
Support and conduct change processes, restructurings, and reorganizations, including fulfilling information and consultation requirements, and handle cross-border projects in cooperation with Legal & Compliance.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, particularly in labor and social security law in the DACH region, and conduct ER data collection and analysis for process improvement.

Key Requirements
