Job Summary

  • Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, processing employment documentation, and coordinating payroll and employee benefit programs.
  • Plan, conduct, and document required drills, organize in-service education programs for staff, and supervise staff including disciplinary measures.
  • Provide direct resident/patient care, coordinate infection control surveillance, and participate in facility surveys.

Key Requirements

  • Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
  • Valid RN or LVN/LPN License
  • BSN preferred
  • 1 year direct patient care experience
  • 1 year education program experience
  • 2+ years long term care experience
  • Current CPR certification
