The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program in accordance with current standards and regulations.
Essential duties include participating in planning and conducting activities, assisting with communication, developing activity calendars, and participating in resident assessments and care plans.
The position requires the ability to read technical procedures, apply mathematical concepts, solve practical problems, and meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.
