  • The mission of Alabama Destinations Career Academy (ALDCA) is to provide an exemplary individualized and engaging educational experience for students by incorporating school and community/family partnerships coupled with a rigorous curriculum along with a data-driven and student-centered instructional model.
  • The Elementary Interventionist works with the “At-Risk” student population to provide remediation to support academic goals to increase growth in these areas.
  • This position is virtual and requires up to 20% travel for professional development, student testing, or as required by the school.
