Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
One year prior experience providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities
Six months of supervisory or lead experience in I/DD or mental health
Completion of State of California Direct Support Professional Training Year 1 and Year 2
Certification as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within 60 days
Group Home Administrator or Adult Residential Facility Administrator certification within 15 months
Valid Driver's License
CPR/First Aid, Ukeru, and CPI certifications
Facility Manager Training completion within 30 days
